Where to shoot?

I've been wondering lately about where would I like to go to shoot if I could go anywhere. I've thought it would be fun to shoot fashion in Paris for a couple of weeks or even Hong Kong for a couple of weeks. Arranging shoots in advance would be difficult. Finding an affordable place to stay would be hard as well. Going somewhere and shooting dance classes everyday for two or three weeks would be a blast as well, but who would let you do it. I would love to hear ideas from other people in other places.
